Temporary Web Server issue

A conflict with the www service running on the primary web server due to a recent Microsoft Security Patch applied this morning has caused a temporary outage for some hosted clients. This issue was resolved in less than 12 minutes with full web service functionality restored immediately thereafter.

Issues at the banking gateway are preventing transactions from successfully going through. Merchants may experience EM/EA/76 as response codes. Issue started at 3:40 AM EST and was resolved at 8:45 AM EST. 10:00am update Issues appear to be intermittent and ongoing between 9:26am -> 10:04am. Now resolved.
