Fire in substation

A fire has affected a recently upgraded substation. Systems were shut down and isolated against network surges as a precaution for a short time - outage window 12:31pm AEST - 1:57 pm AEST. We apologise for inconvenience caused.

4:53 PM First Data is experiencing problems processing with certain banks. The issue was caused with their firewall Issue has been resolved at 7:25 PM.

Power Outage

A power outage affecting the data centre and surrounding area took eFirst offline at approx 12PM with services resuming at 3:55PM

Payments.com.au operating system failed at 7:34 AM AEDT. Payments.com.au was restored onto backup hardware and services resumed at 9:15AM AEDT

Temporary Web Server issue

A conflict with the www service running on the primary web server due to a recent Microsoft Security Patch applied this morning has caused a temporary outage for some hosted clients. This issue was resolved in less than 12 minutes with full web service functionality restored immediately thereafter.
