Fire in substation

A fire has affected a recently upgraded substation. Systems were shut down and isolated against network surges as a precaution for a short time - outage window 12:31pm AEST - 1:57 pm AEST. We apologise for inconvenience caused.

Payments.com.au was restored onto backup hardware and services resumed at 9:15AM AEDT
Temporary Web Server issue

A conflict with the www service running on the primary web server due to a recent Microsoft Security Patch applied this morning has caused a temporary outage for some hosted clients.
This issue was resolved in less than 12 minutes with full web service functionality restored immediately thereafter.
